The Chronicle for Higher Education offers a searchable database showing federal COVID stimulus to colleges and universities in the country with defined amounts that should go to students as emergency aid.

This aid will be critical to many students and institutions that have made critical changes around social distancing. The University of Minnesota for example is estimated to get $25 million with $12.8 million to be allocated to students.
